Please read all the information below before commissioning me for any sort of artwork.
By commissioning me you agree that you have read and accepted my TOS.
 

My rights
➤I reserve the right to refuse working with you for any number of reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: Rude behavior, poor reference material, incomplete form, failure to send payment in time or refusal to pay, not replying, ignoring or inability to communicate about your commission properly, etc...)
➤I also reserve the right to edit and alter my TOS page.
➤I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit and possibly changing the shape of markings slightly in order for them to wrap around the form and lineart in an appealing way. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same as mentioned on the REF.

 

Your rights
➤You reserve the right to ask for art updates, WIPS, marking changes, and fixes during the creation of your commission. Please keep ''when will it be done/ is it done'' questions to a minimum. (As stated before) You also have the right to update and alter the piece by any amount while it's being worked on, or if you find a mistake, alterations can be made a few days after. Once you've received the file you also have the right to alter it yourself.
➤You reserve to right to upload your finished piece anywhere you wish WITH PROPER CREDIT.
➤You reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. A refund will be given depending on how much work has been finished. If your commission is in the process of shading or detailing. you are not eligible for a refund!
➤You reserve the right to contact me at any moment about your commission.

 

Ordering
➤Each piece is tailored to fit the individual's needs as best as possible. 
➤Each piece is also commissioned through a form page and the person must leave all wanted information on that form or go into greater detail while messaging me.
➤While commissioning you MUST have a proper reference sheet, if not, please have detailed images of your character. I will NOT  work off of descriptions.
➤References should also be UP TO DATE and easy to read, see, and in high-resolution quality.
➤Any and all changes must be mentioned prior.
➤I am not responsible for any missed markings and mess-ups due to a poorly constructed ref!
➤If commissioning a piece with multiple characters (belonging to friends) only one person should be talking to me about the commission.

 

Payment
➤All payments must be paid via Paypal.
➤All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of sending them. Unless a payment plan is discussed.

➤No piece will be started before full payment has been sent.
➤Invoices past the due date will be canceled and so will the commission associated with it
➤Refunds may be requested at any time, but refund amount is subject to change depending on what process of the commission i am currently on.
➤Full refunds can only be issued before the start of the commission.

Process and turn around
➤The Commission list doesn't reflect queue/work order. For creative purposes, i can alter between the piece. This is to avoid burnout and art block.
➤I do not work with deadlines to avoid stress and anxiety, along with real-life events.
➤Each commissioner will receive a sketch WIP for approval and revision.
➤Further WIP updates may or may not be shared depending on clients wishes.
➤Final edits and adjustments are always welcome, but if large amount of editing and work is required a fee will be added.
➤Usual turnaround time can be from a couple of days to a maximum of 6 months. Please message me if your commission is taking an excessive amount of time and we can try to resolve the issue or you can be refunded. I would NEVER take money and run. Know that your commission is not forgotten and will be worked on.

➤Excessive nagging to complete a commission will result in termination.
